We had the pleasure of working with the gorgeous Zeena for her two-part Anglo Indian wedding. The Anglo-Indian festivities took place at the stunning Elmley Nature Reserve - you can read all about HERE. For the Second Part of the couple's Anglo-Indian celebrations the pair headed closer to home in East London for an intimate and modern civil ceremony.Zeena’s Anglo-Indian Civil Ceremony Look
For her East London wedding Zeena honoured her Indian heritage in the second part of her Anglo-Indian wedding embracing a modern and vibrant celebration, dazzling in colour.
Zeena looked breathtaking wearing an amazing polka dot dress from Ashish, a local East London designer paired with a gorgeous birdcage veil by Jennifer Behr and Louboutin shoes. No bridal look is complete without florals and Lex Hamilton created the most beautiful blooms for Zeena’s Anglo Indian celebrations - including the ones at Elmley!
In true East London style there’s no better place to say ‘I do’ than at the iconic Hackney town Hall. The pair tied the knot surrounded by a wider circle of family and friends. With its striking architecture and rich history, it provided the perfect setting for Zeena and Zack’s modern civil ceremony.
If there’s one thing we know about weddings, it’s that sometimes the best moments are the unexpected ones! After their Hackney Town Hall wedding, Zeena had arranged a private double decker bus for guests to travel to the reception—but at the last minute, it was cancelled.
In true East London style, the couple and their wedding party hopped on TFL’s number 55, turning what could have been a setback into an unforgettable memory. You really can’t get more East London than that - it was truly iconic!
